The factors and terms this plugin reads are Fannie Mae's and Freddie Mac's
own disclosures. Each agency makes its monthly files available to users who
register and accept its terms: Fannie Mae through PoolTalk and its SFTP
site, Freddie Mac through its secured data site. Fannie Mae has said that
commercial redistribution of its disclosure data carries a fee. Read each
agency's current terms on its site before you use the data; your firm
settles them, and sets the licence of each dataset on the Data sources page.
The plugin reads only the files your location serves, and every value it
records or offers stays in your deployment.
