A summary, not legal advice. Read Kraken's terms yourself before relying on
this plugin.
## Kraken's terms
Kraken asks its prior permission, at marketdata@kraken.com, for any
non-personal commercial use of the data from its public endpoints. Without
that permission, Kraken's data is for one person's own use.
The plugin's datasets declare those standard terms (kept, one person's), and
your deployment's licence on the Data sources page confirms or replaces them;
the page warns when more than one person reads a plugin entitled to a
dataset whose terms are one person's. The plugin and its documentation never
say that a deployment meets Kraken's terms.
## Your due diligence
Whether your use of Kraken's data is within its terms is yours to decide:
who sees the prices, whether an agent's client passes what it reads to its
model's provider, and whether anything leaves your organisation.

The plugin keeps Kraken's answers in your deployment's storage and sends
nothing anywhere but to the lake through its sidecar. It sends Kraken
nothing but its requests for public market data.
