# Massive's terms
A summary, not legal advice. Read Massive's own terms -- its Terms of Service
for Individuals and for Businesses, at massive.com/legal/terms -- before
relying on it.
- **Individual plans** (Basic, Starter, Developer, Advanced) are for
personal, non-business use. A business use needs a business plan, under
Massive's business terms and order form.
- **Real-time data** needs the exchanges' agreements, signed in your Massive
dashboard; a real-time plan for individuals asks that you be a
non-professional.
- **Business plans** allow internal business use, display to your own
authorised users, and derived works that contain none of the data; they
bar redistributing the data itself, and ask that the source's attribution
and delay label travel with it.
So the plugin declares each dataset's default terms as an individual plan's:
one person's, shown to that person, derived data for their own use, not
redistributed. Your deployment's Data sources page records the licence you
enter and warns when more than one person can read a plugin entitled to a
one-person dataset. Open Meridian does not decide whether your use meets
Massive's terms; the licence records what you entered.

## Agents
An agent connected to your deployment may pass what it reads to its model's
host; whether that is allowed is for Massive's terms to say.
