not an endorsement; the registry it came from says what, if anything, it

## The NY Fed's terms: use
What this plugin's builders noted, to check against the NY Fed's own words,
which can change. Not legal advice.
- The NY Fed's [Terms of Use](https://www.newyorkfed.org/privacy/termsofuse)
grant a non-exclusive licence to use, copy, download, store and
distribute its content, and to make derivative works, for personal or
business purposes. Modified content must be labelled as modified, and a
modification must not be attributed to the NY Fed.
- Content passed on carries the same terms: you may not impose more
restrictive terms on it.
- No key and no account: the plugin reads the NY Fed's public markets data
API.
## The NY Fed's terms: notices
- Whoever uses or distributes the reference rates includes a notice that
they are subject to the Terms of Use posted at newyorkfed.org, and that
the NY Fed is not responsible for their publication by the distributor
and has no liability for their use.
- SOFR and BGCR are calculated using data licensed to the NY Fed by DTCC
Solutions LLC, which has no liability for them.
- A product that names a reference rate says it is not affiliated with the
NY Fed, which does not sanction or endorse it. The NY Fed may change how
and when it publishes the rates without notice. None of it is investment
advice.
## Attribution
Show the NY Fed's notice and disclaimer wherever the rates are shown or
passed on:

display; the notice itself is shown on the Datasets page and belongs in
your licence's note until the licence carries it.
