# Terms

## Polymarket's terms

A summary, not legal advice: read the terms themselves, at [polymarket.com](https://polymarket.com), before relying on them.

- Polymarket's terms are for the deployment admin and the people who use the deployment to read, including where they may use Polymarket at all; the plugin's default licence, kept two days, claims nothing about them.
- The Polygon RPC the plugin reads UMA's oracle through is your deployment's choice of provider, on that provider's terms.
- A deployment admin states the deployment's own licence on Data sources, which replaces the default.

Nothing here says that a deployment meets them: the licence records what its admin entered.

## Your due diligence

Your firm carries its own due diligence, on Polymarket's data and on this plugin: its terms and licences, and whether each is fit for your firm's purpose. Wherever the plugin is listed, the listing is not an endorsement of it or of Polymarket.

## Your data

What it reads stays in your deployment. No real response from the source is committed with the plugin: its sample data is invented.

## Licence

Apache License 2.0. The plugin is provided "as is", without warranties or conditions of any kind; see its LICENSE file.
