# Terms
## Who checks this plugin
Whoever installs it carries its risk. Wherever it is listed, the listing is
not an endorsement; the registry it came from says what, if anything, it
checked. The
[Platform Terms](https://open-meridian.com/terms) govern.
## Tiingo's terms
Tiingo is a third party. You use it under your own account and agreement
with Tiingo: its terms, plans, prices and limits are Tiingo's, on
[tiingo.com](https://www.tiingo.com). Read them before you enter a token.
What this plugin's builders noted, to check against Tiingo's current terms,
which change. Not legal advice.
- Tiingo's free and Power plans are for internal and personal use, with no
redistribution; other use needs Tiingo's commercial terms.
- The free plan allows 50 requests an hour, 1,000 a day and 500 symbols a
month; the plugin keeps inside them.
- Mutual funds' NAVs arrive after midnight New York time.
OpenFIGI is a third party too. The fund's ticker, and nothing else of
yours, is sent to it, under the deployment's own access: its terms are at
[openfigi.com](https://www.openfigi.com), and its key, where the deployment
has one, is a secret setting sent only to OpenFIGI.
The dataset's licence on your Data sources page is what your deployment
records; neither the plugin nor this page says whether your use meets
Tiingo's terms. This project is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tiingo.
## The licence
The plugin is Apache-2.0. Its synthetic responses are invented.
