the United States is not subject to copyright (17 U.S.C. § 105), and
Treasury's Fiscal Data allows commercial reuse.
- Treasury publishes the rates on its
[daily Treasury rates](https://home.treasury.gov/resource-center/data-chart-center/interest-rates)
pages, with its methodology for each curve.
- No key and no account: the plugin reads Treasury's public files.

None is required. The plugin cites "Source: U.S. Department of the
Treasury, daily Treasury rates" on its Datasets page, and you may show the
same where the rates are shown. Each dataset's default licence declares the
rates kept, with derived use not restricted and display.
